Building pages is the last step before press and often the one with the least time, so every edition depends on pagination that is fast, accurate, and consistent.
Complete pages from your content
Full pagination means building every page of your newspaper, from placing stories and photos to fitting ads, ready for the press. Send us your copy, images, and ad stack, and we return finished pages that follow your layout and design standards.
Built to your style guide and templates
We work from your page templates, fonts, grid, and style rules, so every page looks like your paper. Headlines, bylines, cutlines, and jumps follow the same standards from the front page to the classifieds.
Ad placement from your dummy
We place every ad exactly where your page dummy or ad map says it goes, with the correct size and position. Editorial is then fitted around the ads, so nothing gets bumped or cropped at the last minute.
Story fitting, jumps, and continuations
Long stories are cut to fit or jumped cleanly, with clear continuation lines and matching jump heads. Readers can follow every story without getting lost between pages.
Front pages, sections, and special editions
We handle everything from daily news sections and sports to obituaries, legal notices, and special editions. Pullouts and seasonal sections are built with the same care as the front page.
Proofing and correction rounds
Every page is checked for widows, overset text, missing images, and placement errors before it reaches you. Your editors mark corrections, and we turn them around quickly so pages close on time.
Press-ready PDFs for your printer
Final pages are exported to your printer’s PDF specifications, with correct color, bleed, and resolution. Files are named and delivered the way your press expects, ready for plate.
Newspaper production experience behind every page
Our team comes from years of building pages for daily newspapers, working against real press deadlines. Pair full pagination with ad building and photo correction and your entire edition comes from one production team.
